Application of AI Advancements in Aircraft Engine Health Management and Operations

This discussion focuses on application of AI and machine learning technologies in health monitoring and fleet management of jet engines.  Specifically, how AI technologies are pushing the envelope and changing the way we traditionally thought about fleet management and monitoring.  This talk will highlight how subject matter  understanding and AI driven  techniques must come together to drive differentiated outcomes for airline customers.   The talk will also present examples on how to combine both structured and unstructured data for predictive maintenance using AI technologies. The article will conclude with a section on GE aviation’s lessons learned in this area
