Dr. Peter Hsieh<\/strong> is a distinguished technology visionary, serial entrepreneur, and strategic investor with over four decades of transformative contributions to the global semiconductor, computing, and energy industries. He is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Alpha Ring International, spearheading the company\u2019s initiatives in next-generation nuclear fusion and sustainable energy investments.<\/p>

Dr. Hsieh began his career at IBM\u2019s Watson Research Center, where he was instrumental in the development of the world\u2019s first single-chip CMOS RISC microprocessor under the legendary Dr. John Cocke. A Silicon Valley pioneer, he went on to co-found several groundbreaking startups\u2014including the first fabless IC chipset design firm\u2014and was honored with the prestigious \u201cEntrepreneur of the Year\u201d award in 1990. His ventures have successfully navigated the full innovation-to-exit cycle, with multiple IPOs and acquisitions on global capital markets.<\/p>

As former President of Arm Taiwan and Vice President of Innovation and Investment at Arm, he established Arm\u2019s first Asia Design Center and led strategic alliances across automotive, healthcare, AIoT, and cloud infrastructure sectors. He also played a key role in corporate venture investments and ecosystem development throughout Asia.<\/p>

Dr. Hsieh holds a Ph.D. and M.S. from MIT in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and a B.S. from UC Berkeley. He completed executive MBA studies at Harvard Business School.<\/span>

Her accomplishments prior to BRI Capital are notable. As a corporate executive, she successfully led the IPOs of three companies across the U.S., Hong Kong, and China stock markets. Her entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly as she founded IPP Global, a firm dedicated to renewable and Waste-to-Energy projects. In her tenure as President of Global Operations at Comtec Solar, Jane played a pivotal role in navigating the company through a successful IPO on the Hong Kong stock exchange during a tumultuous economic climate in 2009, thanks to her adeptness in market strategies, branding, and business model innovation.<\/p>

Her tenure at TD Growth Capital further highlights her prowess in guiding cleantech sector companies through strategic planning and identifying optimal exit strategies. Her strategic acumen was also evident in her President role at JA Solar, where she forged vital global alliances and spearheaded the company\u2019s marketing and supplier chain strategies. Her industry experience is further enriched by her 11-year tenure at Applied Materials, where she held various technical and managerial positions, and her initial foray into device process engineering at Rockwell Semiconductor.<\/p>

Jane\u2019s entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding CiWest Corporation, which successfully merged with a major semiconductor foundry. Her academic foundation is as impressive as her professional journey, with a degree in Physics from the prestigious California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Her extensive experience and dynamic leadership have consistently generated innovative strategies and growth, marking her as a transformative leader in her field.<\/p>

Chuck Ng<\/h5>

Investor and Co-Founder, World Leading Scientists Institute (WLSI)<\/strong><\/p>

Chuck Ng is an entrepreneur, tech investor and community leader. He has invested in multiple tech companies including unicorns like Databricks, Ironclad, Mammoth Biosciences, Polyhedra Network. Aside from his professional work, Chuck has a keen interest in entrepreneurship, innovation and advancing equity\/inclusion in higher education. He has been a leader at UC Berkeley, INSEAD, Tsinghua University and Asia Society. Chuck cofounded the World Leading Scientists Institute (WLSI) with a number of thought leaders including Nobel & Turing Laureates. The mission of WLSI focuses on mentorship of young scientists and global collaborations. Additionally Chuck also cohosted the White House Higher Education Summit at UC Berkeley to promote equity and inclusion in higher education. Dr. John Y. Chen<\/h5>

Corporate Vice President of Technology and Foundry Management at NVIDIA Corporation<\/strong><\/p>

John Y. Chen has been the Corporate Vice Presidentof Technology and Foundry Management at NVIDIA Corporation since 2004. Prior to that, Dr. Chen spent 10 years at TSMC. \u00a0He created and ran the R&D at TSMC, Taiwan. Subsequently, he built and ran fab operations of WaferTech in Camas, WA, then served as the Vice President of Business Development in the last year at WaferTech.<\/p>

\u00a0Earlier in his career at Hughes Research Lab and Xerox Palo Alto Research Center, he has contributed more than 100 refereed journal articles, mostpublished by IEEE. He has been invited to give numerous speeches including the plenary speeches in 1996 IEDM and 2009 IEDM, and luncheon speech in 2018 IEDM and a plenary speech in IEEE 2025 VLSI Symposium. He wrote a textbook on \u201cCMOS Devices and Technology for VLSI,\u201d published by Prentice Hall, a part of Simon & Schuster today. He was elected to the IEEE Fellow in 1992 for \u201cleadership in and contributions to CMOS device and process technology\u201d. \u00a0<\/p>

In the 80\u2019s, he has served on the Technical Advisory Board of ITRI\/ERSO, the incubator of Taiwan semiconductor industry including TSMC. In 2001, he became the board director of Cascade Inc. (Nasdaq:CSCD) for six years until the company was acquired by FormFactor (Nasdaq:FORM). His recent book on \u201cLeadership in Management\u201d was published by Nova Science Publishers, N.Y. in 2022.<\/p>

Dr. Chen holds a B.S. in E.E. from National Taiwan University, an M.S. in E.E. from University of Maine, a Ph.D. in E.E. from UCLA, and a master\u2019s degree from the UCLA Executive Management Program.<\/p>
