Paper Guidelines<\/h2>

All papers must adhere to the following formatting:<\/p>

  1. Papers should be original and not currently under review at another venue.\u00a0<\/li>
  2. To help ensure correct formatting, please use the IEEE style files for conference proceedings as a template for your submission. These include LaTeX and Word style files, which are available at\u00a0https:\/\/template-selector.ieee.org\/secure\/templateSelector\/publicationType<\/a>\u00a0(choose Conferences\u00a0>\u00a0LaTeX | Word).\u00a0<\/li>
  3. In order to implement the double-blind reviewing policy, please use the following author statement in the latex file: \\author{\\IEEEauthorblockN{Anonymous Authors}}\u00a0<\/li>
  4. Only papers in PDF format will be accepted.\u00a0<\/li>
  5. Paper Size: A4 (210mm x 297mm).\u00a0<\/li>
  6. Paper Length: Each long paper should have at most 6 pages, while each abstract paper should have at most 2 pages, including figures, tables and references. A maximum of two extra pages per paper is allowed (i. e., up to 8 pages for long paper and 4 pages for abstract paper), but with additional charge.\u00a0<\/li>
  7. Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, #10 point Times Roman font. Please make sure to use the official IEEE style files provided above. No page numbers please. We will insert the page numbers for you.\u00a0<\/li>
  8. New authors cannot be added after submission deadline.<\/li><\/ol>
